How do I track my order?

If your sneakers don’t fit or you’re not happy with them, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the shoes are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. If the desired replacement product is unavailable, we will process a refund back to your original payment method.
